A lot of the company’s services are directed helping online business owners with their websites through the use of their virtual assistants. Their core services can be summarized as follows:

Link Building – They have a team of dedicated link builders, submitting articles and website URLs to directories and social bookmarking sites.

Keyword Research – They can find and provide a list of keywords in your chosen niche. As well as preparing a content creation blueprint.

On-Page SEO – They can analyze your existing content and ensure you are optimized for relevant keywords and your content is SEO friendly.

Niche Site Creation – BDHire have a team of experienced niche site builders. They can start a site for you either by choosing a niche or following your guidelines.

WordPress Services – Complete WordPress support, so you can invest your time in other areas of your business and leave the technical support to their experts.

SBI Services – Their experts will build a site from scratch or work on a site you already have. They can also move your site over to WordPress with a “smooth and successful transition.”

Plans and Pricing

Their rates vary per project and expert being hired.

Their minimum hourly rate is $17 per hour to give you a good idea of how much you will be paying and how they compare to other virtual assistant companies. BDHire representatives are happy to discuss each project’s individual needs and give you a more accurate quote.

In addition to rates that are 2-3x higher than their geographic neighbors, they also charge a one-time $250 set up fee, which is actually pretty uncommon in the industry.

What sets BDHire apart from general VA companies is their expertise in SEO, WordPress and niche sites. If you’re looking for support in these areas I would discuss you needs with them and get a quote.

Acelerar is a virtual assistant service company based in Noida, India. The company has been in operation since 2010 and provides virtual assistants round the clock to support clients around the world in their respective time zones.

The company only employs college graduates and they put their virtual assistants through a number of background checks and other tests. Their candidates go through a two-week training course where they cover using MS office, social media tools, and complete dummy projects to develop an understanding of their roles.

Each virtual assistant signs a Nondisclosure Agreement so you don’t need to worry about your confidentiality being breached. When you sign up for a package you are assigned a Customer Success Manager. This member of staff acts as your point of contact to ensure you’re happy with how things are going.

AcelerarTech has implemented a time-tracking tool to keep you in touch with your virtual assistant. This allows you to keep up-to-date with how your tasks are progressing. You can view screenshots of your work being completed and contact your virtual assistant with any feedback you have.

If you’ve been comparing different VA companies, you know these rates are quite competitive.

They also offer a free trial to test their services. You do need to put down a small deposit, but it’s fully refundable if you are not happy with their service for any reason.

Although the company is a fairly new addition to the virtual assistant space, UrbanTimer was founded by two individuals with considerable experience in the industry.

Heading up UrbanTimer, Bikash plans to offer an unparalleled service not found with other virtual assistant providers.

The company are “committed to help people save valuable time.” Meaning, by outsourcing your business tasks to UrbanTimer you can free up your own time to focus on other areas of your business.

Their target customers are busy professionals and entrepreneurs anywhere in the world. This also includes small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as large corporate organizations. Anyone looking to outsource tasks at a cost-effective price can benefit from their services.

You start by paying $15 an hour for the first 50 hours, then the rate drops to $10 an hour for the remaining hours you purchase.

The rates for the “planet”-named plans are definitely competitive in the industry, as is the on-demand offering. The full-time dedicated assistant rate is a little higher than what you may find at other companies.

OkayRelax also provides a dedicated assistant on their higher tier plans, which may or may not be appealing to you.

The other company I did a trial with a few years ago that might be worth checking out is Efficise, which runs a similar task-based model out of Pakistan.

Weratoon currently have two different payment plans: a Pay Per Task (PPT) or customized plan, and a Your Own Assistant (YOA) plan.

Their PPT plan is $7 per/hr. If you have one-off or custom tasks, provide as much detail as possible and a member of their team will get back to you with a quote before going ahead with the task.

Their YOA plan is also $7 per/hr for the first 100 hours, with this rate reducing to $6 per/hr for any additional hours in a month. You buy hours in a variety of different packages up front and carry any unused hours over to the following month. The rollover hours concept is somewhat unique.

I was impressed during my trial of My Tasker, but I was using their now-discontinued “Lifestyle Assistance” plan, which offered 30 15-minute tasks for $39 a month.

Since then I’ve used their service for some daily database maintenance tasks and found them to be quite reliable. At one point, my VA had moved on to a new role within the company and it was several days before I even found out because she’d taken full responsibility to train her replacement.

The rates for Professional Assistance start at $140 for a 10-hour a month plan, and go all the way down to $7.50/hr for a massive 160-hour plan.

SEO Packages

And finally, if you need help with SEO and driving more traffic to your site from Google and other search engines, MyTasker has built up a dedicated team of SEO experts.

The service includes on-page optimization and off-page link building, and is ideal for local businesses. You pick the 10 most important pages on your site you want to rank for, and the SEO guys get to work.

Google is notoriously fickle so don’t expect results overnight, but over time you should begin to climb in the rankings.

I asked Ronny, the COO, what sets My Tasker apart from the competition, both in India and elsewhere. He explained that the team’s extensive experience in the industry, especially on the customer service side, gives them an advantage.

All of the assistants working for IconoAssist.com (not a typo; was IconAssist.com taken?) have been through multiple screening processes. They go through general general analytics tests, as well as written and spoken English tests to ensure the communication between client and assistant will be fluid.

When you sign up you will be assigned an assistant based on the skills and experience you need to complete your tasks. They don’t go into much detail about their assistants and pricing on their site, you need to contact them directly to discuss your individual requirements.

Based on my conversation with Harshal, it sounded like their preference was to work with clients on the 160 hour engagement. He also indicated the clients that see the best results are the ones that have clearly-defined goals and outcomes in mind.

The virtual assistant marketplace is a competitive and crowded one. If you’re looking at virtual assistant companies in India, My Tasker or VA Talks might be worth a look, though neither have the 15+ year track record of eLuminous.

That said, they offer similar pricing and it probably makes sense to reach out to at least a couple different companies to see who impresses you and who seems like a good fit for your requirements.

The goal at Ossisto is to provide affordable virtual assistants to help busy entrepreneurs and businesses by taking on any type of work that can be completed remotely off their hands to free up more of their time.

The company was founded by Pinki Sohan Dadhich and Sohan Dadhich, and they currently have between 5-25 employees working out of their offices in Bangalore, India.

When you sign up for one of their plans you are assigned a dedicated virtual assistant who also acts as your point of contact.

Ossisto also makes a team of assistants available to ensure you have adequate cover and more than one assistant is available to work on tasks that require the extra hours or to turn a task around quicker.
